JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 14-03-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Alamnagar P.S. Case No. 239 of 2018 for the offenses under Sections 25(1-b)a/26/35 Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. It is alleged that 3.15 bore cartridge was seized from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 10.11.2018.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate,
