2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) and 62 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act 2018 .
3 . It is alleged that 26 liters foreign liquor has been recovered from the house which is in possession of co-accused Shambhu Kumar singh .
4. It is submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case only on the basis of suspicion . No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he is no way connected with the aforesaid recovery . Petitioner is lady and claims clean antecedent.

Considering the facts of the case , in the event of arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today , let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Exclusive special Judge Court No. 1 Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Bikramganj Excise Police Station Case No. 21 of 2025 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 482 ( 2 ) of BNSS 2023 .
