JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 29-03-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "That the present writ application is being filed for appropriate writ/writs, direction/directions to the Respondent Authorities particularly the Respondent No. 3 to not demolish the residential house of the petitioner which is situated at village- Pateya, Police Station- Fatehpur, District Gaya having Plot No. 313, Khata No. 111, measuring an area of 40 decimals and further to direct the Respondent Authorities to not disturb the possession of the petitioner till disposal of the Title Suit No. 881 of 2018 pending in the court of Civil Judge-I

Patna High Court CWJC No.5084 of 2019(3) dt.29-03-2023 2/2 (Senior Division), Gaya and/or for any other relief or reliefs to which the petitioner may be found entitled in course of hearing of this writ application."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
