Smt. Sucheta Yadav ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 29-06-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Aurai P.S.Case No. 17of 2018 registered under Sections 419,420/34 of the Indian penal Code. Allegation in brief is that petitioner claiming himself an old aged person and in support of that submitted forged document showing aged above 60 years for getting benefit of Indira Gandhi National Old Age Pension.

Submission is that petitioner is illiterate person having no knowledge and pension form was filed up by some other person and he had no knowledge that eligibility of getting said benefit is 60 years plus. He further submits that petitioner up-till now obtained Rs. 7800/- as old aged pensionary benefit under the scheme but the same has already been deposited with the Anchal Nazarat, which is recorded in the impugned order.

No.38352 of 2018(2) dt.29-06-2018 2/2 Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Amrit Singh, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 13th ACJM, Muzaffarpur in connection with Aurai P.S. Case No. 17 of 2018.
