Petitioner is an accused in connection with Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 830 of 2019 for the offence registered under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that the name of the petitioner has come on the basis of the confessional statement made before the police by the co-accused persons, which has no evidentiary value. It is further submitted that there is no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 29.11.2019.

No.15263 of 2020(2) dt.03-03-2020 2/2 Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah in connection with Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 830 of 2019.
