This application for regular bail arises out of Khajauli P.S. Case No. 75 of 2019, disclosing offences punishable under Sections 364, 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The victim was allegedly kidnapped and subsequently her dead body was found hanging from a tree. The F.I.R. was registered against unknown. In course of investigation, some miscreants were arrested. Two of them namely Sanjay Kumar Yadav and Bablu Kumar Mandal cofessed before the police, their involvement in commission of the offence with others including this petitioner. From their confessional statement, it transpires that allegedly the petitioner and the deceased had developed amorous relationship and the deceased was pestering

In order to get rid of her, the petitioner and others killed the deceased, as has been disclosed in the confessional statement of the said co-accused. In view of the gruesome manner of commission of crime showing direct complicity of this petitioner, I am not inclined to grant him privilege of regular bail for the present. This application is dismissed.

The Court below shall, however, expedite conclusion of the trial.
