The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 452, 341, 342, 323, 380, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that the petitioner being the own brother of the informant assaulted him with stone and snatched Rs. 700/-.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation has been levelled in the background of land dispute and the injury has been found to be simple though the injury report has not been brought on record. A statement has been made in paragraph no. 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

No.33884 of 2014 (2) dt.27-03-2015 2 / 2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today in connection with Delha P.S. Case No. 30 of 2014 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. Ist Class, Gaya, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The bail bond of the petitioner will be accepted only on verification of the fact that the injury has been found to be simple.
