The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/352/307/379/504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against these petitioners is that while the informant was going on his motorcycle, the accused persons brought him down from the motorcycle by wrapping towel around his neck and also attacked him with the butt of pistol. However, simple injury was found on the informant. It is further submitted that actually some fight had occurred on the previous day in a Barat party and the present case has been lodged out of vendetta keeping in mind the earlier incident.

No.21000 of 2016 (4) dt.05-08-2016 P2/2 Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 400/2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Anjana Mishra, J) Saif/- U T
