The present petition has been filed seeking the following relief :- "(i) For a direction to the respondents to pay the consequential benefits to the petitioner on the basis of Notification dated 30.12.2010 by which the petitioner was granted 2nd dynamic promotion from the date of 25.11.08 and 3 dynamic promotion from the date of 19.12.08 as contained in Annexure- 2 to this petition.

(ii) For a direction to the respondents to

Patna High Court CWJC No.9671 of 2015(3) dt.17-08-2023 2/3 pay special pay from the date of 14.8.1992, personal pay, adding two increments from the date of 1992 due to achieving higher qualification, compensatory allowance, conveyance allowance and family planning allowance as well as the salary be fixed taking into consideration, these items as per the prescribed rules.

(c) For a direction to pay interest at the rate of 12% per annum over the payable amount arrear due to delay made by the respondents without any fault of the petitioner."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Principal Secretary, Department of Health, Patna i.e. the respondent no. 3 for redressal of his subsisting grievances. Liberty so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case, the petitioner approaches the respondent no. 3, by filing appropriate representation within a period of four weeks from today, the respondent no. 3 shall dispose off the same by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within

Patna High Court CWJC No.9671 of 2015(3) dt.17-08-2023 3/3 a period of eight weeks, thereafter.
