JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 13-03-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with G.R.P. Jamalpur P.S. Case No. 65 of 2018 for the offenses under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner has surfaced on the confessional statement of co-accused Banti Kumar. The petitioner has not been put on TIP till date although he is in jail custody since 16.10.2018.

Considering the fact that the petitioner's name was disclosed by the co-accused in his confessional statement and the petitioner has not been put on TIP till date, let the
