The petitioner is seeking regular bail in Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 76 of 2018, G.R. No. 1536 of 2018, registered under Sections 417/420 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that so far as the allegation against the petitioner is concerned it is stated that his left hand's thumb impression taken through biometric method differed with the specimen taken at the time of the written examination. It is, however, submitted that in similar circumstance a co-ordinate bench of this Court has been pleased to grant regular bail to some of the co-accused. Copies of the orders passed in Cr. Misc. No. 25039/2018 and Cr. Misc. No. 28011/2018 have been produced.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32201 of 2018 (2) dt.11-06-2018 2/2 Learned A.P.P. for the State is present.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as also that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail since 06.03.2018, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Sangeeta Rani, learned Sub Judge XIVcum-A.C.J.M., Patna in connection with Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 76 of 2018, G.R. No. 1536 of 2018 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) Cr.P.C.
