The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "For direction of a Writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ order or direction commanding the respondents to absorb the petitioner on the Post of Class III as well as Class IV of they have worked as instructors for a period of about three years under the scheme of Government of India known as non formal Education."
2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks
