JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 23-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State.

There happens to be direct allegation against the petitioner to have inflicted injuries over the person of deceased, Vijay Pd. Singh and during course of intervention at the end of informant, Purushottam Kumar, he was also assaulted. Consequent thereupon, I do not see it a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.

Petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned lower court.
