The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Pachrukhi (Sarai) P.S. Case No. 13 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Section(s) 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition of Liquor and Excise Act, 2016. The allegation is regarding recovery of 220 liters of illicit liquor from the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that neither any recovery has been made from the conscious possession of the petitioner nor the place from where the recovery has been made belongs to petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner has a clean antecedent and is languishing in custody since 13.01.2018. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the

Case No. 13 of 2018.
