Petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Sursand P.S.Case No.229 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 304B, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. He also submits that the father-in-law and mother-in-law are separately residing from the husband of the deceased.

Considering the aforesaid, the Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners, let the petitioners above named be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14253 of 2020(4) dt.04-11-2020 2/2 within a period of one month from the date of communication of a copy of this order, on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.50,000/- (fifty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Pupri at Sitamarhi in connection with Sursand P.S.Case No.229 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

The petitioners shall deposit of Rs.50,000/- each cash in the court below and the amount of Rs.50,000/- each deposited by the petitioners shall abide by the final outcome of the pending criminal case.
