JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 10-01-2022 Heard the parties through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Kartahan (Kartaha) P.S. Case No. 90 of 2019 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Since, there is a direct allegation of the petitioner being involved in the murder of Bhabhi, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

This application is dismissed.
