The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 81 of 2010 registered under Sections 420, 384 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the substance of accusation recorded in the police report submitted under Section 173(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, vide charge-sheet No. 262 of 2011 dated 30.06.2011, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
