The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Raniganj P.S. Case No.257 of 2018 registered under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant named the petitioners and alleged that while he was returning to his house, Renu Devi, petitioner No.3, Amit Kumar, petitioner No.2 caught the informant, who was intending to depose against the petitioners, and Rupesh Kumar assaulted him with iron rod on his head. The informant got injury on his head and fell down on the ground. Other accused persons assaulted him with fist and slabs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15962 of 2019(2) dt.14-03-2019 2/2 The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the informant got simple injury. The injury report is annexed as Annexure 2 series. Now the case is compromised and good sense has prevailed between two sides.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No.257 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
