JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 16-11-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State of Bihar-respondents. From perusal of the impugned order dated 08.06.2016 (Annexure-21), it reveals that the application under Order 39

Patna High Court C.Misc. No.467 of 2020(2) dt.16-11-2021 2/2 Rule 1 for interim injunction is pending before the Court below. Vide impugned order, the learned Court below has also directed to file rejoinder of the petition of interim injunction. Till hearing of the temporary injunction petition, the Court below has directed both the parties to maintain status quo on the disputed land.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that instead of delivering the order of status quo, the learned Court below should have delivered its final order on compromise petition which has already been filed in the Court below.

If it is so, the learned Court below should expedite the matter. I do not think it proper to interfere with the order of status quo at this stage.

With these observations, this Civil Misc. petition is being disposed of.
