Informant, a police official proceeded in investigation of Araria P. S. Case No.417 of 2017, met with the petitioner along with Barik, who happened to be accused in the aforesaid case with whom, he indulged in an altercation and during course thereof, it has been alleged against the petitioner to have slapped the police official.

Manner whereunder such occurrence has been alleged, did allow the petitioner to avail the liberty of the bail and on account thereof, petitioner, Kallu @ Md. Aayas is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
