JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case under sections 307, 379 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and under the Arms Act.

The allegation is that the petitioner no.4 assaulted informant Sanjay Sahni on his head with the butt of pistol, whereas petitioner no.5 assaulted one Amerika Singh with Farsa.

The petitioners submit that, prima facie, injuries do not support the allegation and there is general allegation against rest petitioners.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender, let all the five petitioners, mentioned above,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21396 of 2016 (2) dt.19-05-2016 2/2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in Mufassil Lakhaura Police Station case no. 23 of 2016.
