JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 23-05-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Kahalgaon (Rasalpur) P.S. Case No. 572 of 2017 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections- 147, 149, 341, 323, 307, 427, 337 and 338 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only specific allegation against the petitioner is let off his cow, as a result, cow hit the informant and except this, there is nothing against the petitioner. The petitioner has clean antecedent. Co-accused Nisha Devi has already been granted anticipatory bail by another coordinate Bench of this Court vide Order dated 05.04.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 16989 of 2018.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender in the court below within four

No.32235 of 2018 (2) dt.23-05-2018 2/2 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Kahalgaon (Rasalpur) P.S. Case No. 572 of 2017 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur subject to condition as laid down u/S 438(2) of the Cr.P.C..
