2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 390 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 21 and 22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, total 0.114 grams of Buprenorphine Injection (Morphine) has been recovered from the accused persons. He is in jail since 13.10.2023.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the period of custody, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18904 of 2024(3) dt.10-04-2024 2/2 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magisrate, Patna in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 390 of 2023.
