2. This application is for grant of bail in connection with Bind P.S. Case No.50 of 2024, registered for the offence under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 342, 448, 325, 307, 379, 504, 506, 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. This is the second attempt of the petitioners for bail. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 25.09.2024 in Cr. Misc. No.67231 of 2024.

4. As per the FIR, petitioners are said to have brutally assaulted and killed the deceased.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the post-mortem report of the deceased has not supported the prosecution case. The material witnesses have already been examined. Petitioner nos.1 and 2 are in jail since 25.04.2024 and 05.04.2024, respectively and they have no criminal antecedent.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-II Class, Nalanda (Bihar Sharif)/concerned Court below, in connection with Bind P.S. Case No.50 of 2024.

8. The petitioners are directed to cooperate in the trial personally or through their counsel.
