2. After some arguments, it transpires that the copy of the present writ petition served upon the State and the copy of the writ petition served upon respondent Nos. 2 and 3 are different. It further transpires that certain cuttings/alterations have been made in the writ petition without due permission of the Court.

3. In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition is hereby dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ
