JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-08-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i). Issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent authorities to grant the petitioner benefits of 1st time bound promotion of pay with effect from 01.04.1981 in correct gazette admissible pay scale.

(ii). Issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding directing the and respondent authorities to grant the petitioner benefits of 2nd time bound promotion of pay scale.

Issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction commanding and directing the respondent authorities that after grant of benefits of time bound promotions revise the then pay, pension and pensionary benefits and pay arrears with interest at the rate of 12% per annum."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Respondent authorities for redressal of his subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.
