JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 02-07-2018 The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Chanan P.S. Case No. 150 of 2017 dated 20.12.2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 354(B), 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner and others are said to have made an attempt to outrage the modesty of the informant. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that because of an old dispute, this false case has been instituted. The falsity of the allegation appears from the fact that the occurrence is said to have taken place on 27.11.2017 but the case was reported on 20.12.2017 without there being any explanation for the delay.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33091 of 2018 (2) dt.02-07-2018 2/2 named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Lakhisarai in connection with Chanan P.S. Case No. 150 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
