JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 10-01-2022 Heard the parties through video conferencing. The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No. 509 of 2019 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegations, where a lady was murdered and his son was also acquitted and his name in the FIR, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

This application is dismissed.
