====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-06-2023 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State.
Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 471, 408, 420, 120(B), 467, 468, 474, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that this petitioner got the land of the informant registered without paying full and final consideration money and thus, committed fraud.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that it is purely a case of civil dispute and the sale deed was executed by the informant after payment of entire consideration amount. Moreover, dispute between the parties has been resolved and they have jointly filed a compromise petition before the learned C.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur dated 12.05.2022.

No.17017 of 2023(3) dt.28-06-2023 2/2 Considering the nature of dispute and the facts of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur P. S. Case No. 880 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
