2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Kodhigola P.S. Case No. 45 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 363, 366(A)/34 of the IPC and Section 3/8 of the POCSO Act.
3. There is allegation against the petitioner that he kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The alleged victim is on the verge of majority and the petitioner is under custody since

5. On the other hand, the learned counsel for the informant submits that the marriage of the informant's daughter has been solemnized to someone else and he does not want to pursue this case.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances as well as clean antecedent of the petitioner, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J.-VII, Special Judge POCSO Act, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Kodhigola P.S. Case No. 45 of 2023, subject to the following condition:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
