In this case, petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 133 of 2013. There is an allegation that no 29th June 2013, Ankita Kumari being the student of B.Sc., became traceless and after search the informant could know that one Chandan Kumar kidnapped his daughter with the purpose of marriage and in that episode the petitioner and others helped him to carry his daughter. As there is an allegation against the petitioner of giving assistance to Chandan Kumar and also it appears that Chandan Kumar and daughter of the informant have already entered into marriage which is apparent from the Marriage Certificate issued by the Registrar, District-Hawrah.
