2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 134 of 2023 arising out of Dumaraon P.S. Case No. 281 of 2016 registered for the offence under Sections 326, 307, 498(A) of the IPC read with Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act and later on added Section 304(B) of the IPC.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is the husband of the deceased. He is in jail since 22.03.2023.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. He further submits that out of nine witnesses only four witnesses have been examined in the trial.

5. Learned counsel for the State has vehemently

6. Considering the delay in trial and period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge V, Buxar/concerned Court below in connection with Sessions Trial No. 134 of 2023 arising out of Dumaraon P.S. Case No. 281 of 2016.
