Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to avail remedy of revision in accordance with provision contained in Rule 28 of Bihar Government Servants (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 2005 (hereinafter referred to as "Bihar CCA Rules, 2005), considering the fact that during the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner has been acquitted by the learned trial court being honorary

Patna High Court CWJC No.9322 of 2015(5) dt.03-09-2024 2/2 acquittal in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 193 of 2007.

3. Taking into consideration the fact that the writ petition has been kept pending since year 2015, the time taken in availing remedy before this Court is directed to be condoned, if any revision petition is filed before the Revisional Authority.

4. The Revisional Authority is directed to consider the revision petition filed by the petitioner expeditiously within the time prescribed under Rule 28 of the Bihar CCA Rules, 2005.
