2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Singhia P.S. Case No. 125 of 2024 (G.R. No. 613 of 2024), dated 06.07.2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2) 127(2), 115(2) and 109 of the B.N.S. 2023 read with Section 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and the co-accused person came to the house of informant at night and asked her son to bring his motor to their house for roof concrete work and her son along with the motor went with them

It is further alleged that the informant's son did not return to home that night and later on she found her son at Keluaghat in an injured condition and she suspected that her son was lured and taken to the house of the petitioner and and coaccused person with an intent to kill him.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He has further submitted that there is no eyewitness to the alleged occurrence and there is general and omnibus allegation levelled against the petitioner and in fact, the informant's son was beaten by one Manish Sahni and two unknown persons and the informant has lodged this false case against the petitioner only to harass the petitioner. The petitioner has one criminal antecedent as stated in paragraph no. 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 05.12.2024.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as petitioner's period of custody, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15869 of 2025(2) dt.19-04-2025 3/3 satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur, in connection with Singhia P.S. Case No. 125 of 2024 (G.R. No. 613 of 2024).
7. The application stands allowed.
