The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "That the instant writ application is being filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the result of the petitioner issued by Respondent No. 3 with regard to written examination pursuant to Advertisement No. 704/2004 whereby and whereunder the petitioner has been declared to be failed inspite of the fact that the petitioner has obtained 224.18 which is more than the cut off marks of the
Patna High Court CWJC No.9926 of 2015(2) dt.18-08-2023 2/2 category in which the petitioner had submitted his application."

Considering the nature of relief sought for in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of his subsisting grievances, if any.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
