JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 144, 341, 447, 323, 379, 384 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the FIR named accused persons including the petitioners came variously armed and started dismantling the newly constructed wall of the informant, snatched `55,000/- from the son of the informant and also assaulted the informant and his son. The accused persons also demanded extortion of `10 lacs for allowing the construction to continue. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24728 of 2015 (2) dt.08-07-2015 2/2 the land in question is purchased land of petitioner no.1 and the informant is unauthorisedly claiming title of the same. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the accusation in the background of dispute with regard to title of the land in question, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Raxaul at Motihari in connection with Raxaul P.S. Case No. 23 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Amrendra/- U T
