JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 07-06-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with S. T. No. 557 of 2010, arising out of Muffasil P.S. Case No. 222 of 2009 for the offence under Sections 147, 341, 323, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was earlier granted bail, but for the reasons stated in different paragraphs of the bail application, the petitioner has defaulted and, as such, his bail bonds were cancelled by the Court below. The petitioner is in custody since 05.02.2018. Considering the fact that that the petitioner has remained in custody on surrender for nearly four months, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on
