JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 22-06-2018 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 25.07.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30359 of 2017 with an observation to conclude the trial within the period of nine months.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that uptill now two witnesses have been examined, who are informant and victim and petitioner is in custody since 01.04.2017 and there is no likelihood to conclude the trial in near future. Heard learned A.P.P also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the allegation, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. However, learned trial court is directed to expedite the trail.
