2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 419, 420, 486 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner and other accused persons executed land of the informant in the name of other persons by preparing forged sale deed.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR and during investigation it has come that he played the role of mediator in between the parties. Petitioner is neither purchaser nor seller nor he is one of the beneficiaries of the transaction. Moreover, the matter is purely of civil nature. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner,
