2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Alipur P.S. Case No. 148 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is accused of committing fraud on the promise of getting loan and thereafter, the petitioner and the other accused persons prepared forged documents and take money from the gullible persons. The petitioner is in jail since 18.10.2023.

4. Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed.

6. The Court below is directed to expedite the trial.

7. If the trial is delayed, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.
