Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Ara (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 13 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. The alleged recovery of 16.40liters of illicit liquor is from the old and abandoned house of this petitioner which is accessible to all. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent.
