JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case instituted under Sections 304(B) of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged by the informant that his younger sister was married with co-accuse Sanjiv on 30.11.2014 and after few days all the accused persons started pressurizing to bring Rs. 5 lacs and started torturing mentally and physically. On 19.121.2014 at about 5.30 p.m. Sanju informed that the room of Renu was locked and when the informant arrived he learnt that the dead body of his sister was sent to the hospital by the police for postmortem. On behalf of the petitioner, it has been submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is Nanad of the deceased and she has no concern with the mess and

On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the FIR.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Nawada in connection with Nawada Town P.S.Case No. 786/2014, subject to the conditions as laid down u/s 438(2) Cr.P.C.
