The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Waris Nagar P.S.Case No.332 of 2018 registered for offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case as per the FIR is that the petitioner was appointed by the Bihar Karmchari Chayan Ayog as the Agriculture Co-ordinator and on verification of the certificates there was some discrepancies in the certificates and as such it is apparent that he has got appointed on forged certificates. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has annexed his mark-sheet as well as certificates and he is still ready to face the consequences if the

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order and on surrender he will be released on provisional bail in connection with Waris Nagar P.S.Case No.332 of 2018 till the submission of the charge-sheet and in the meantime he will appear before the Investigating Officer and produce his certificates to the I.O. who will verify the same and even in spite of that if the charges were found true against the petitioner and the charge sheet has been submitted against him, he has to surrender and make prayer for regular bail, which will be considered on the basis of materials available on the record at that time.

With the aforesaid direction, this application is disposed of.
