2. The petitioners, who are in custody since 15.11.2016. have renewed their prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 522 of 2017 arising out of Belhar P.S. Case No. 147 of 2014 for the offences alleged under Sections 148, 149, 323, 341, 324, 307, 302 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code having earlier been rejected by order dated 10.08.2017 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 20951 of 2017.
3. It is submitted that similarly situated co-accused Kanhaiya Yadav was granted bail by this Court on 02.11.2015 in Cr. Misc. No. 30948 of 2015.
4. The prayer for bail was denied in the case of the petitioners on 10.08.2017 whereas bail order of co-accused Karu Yadav @ Kru Yadav, as relied by the petitioner, was passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10397 of 2015 as far back as on 30.06.2015 and was thus already taken into account by this Court in its earlier order. No subsequent development has been brought on record to take a
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31625 of 2018 (2) dt.20-06-2018 2/2 different view of the matter.
