The petitioner is in custody in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No.329 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 272, 273, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a), 34 and 36 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

Considering the fact that the petitioner, above-named, is in custody since 03.03.2022, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, IX-cum-Special Judge Excise-II, Aurangabad in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No.329 of 2021.
