Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 504 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of commission of fracture of right hand of the deceased. The murderous assault at the head of the deceased was caused by some other named person. The petitioner is in custody since 17.03.2018. Investigation of the case is already complete.

Considering the nature of allegation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32735 of 2018 (2) dt.25-06-2018 2/2 where the case is pending in connection with Janta Bazar Police Station Case No. 134 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
