JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 13-03-2024 This is the second attempt of the petitioner for grant of regular bail as earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 12.07.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 35397 of 2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection Nadi (Naugachia) P.S. Case No. 21 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 149, 341, 385, 427, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. The petitioner is accused in 15 more cases and the trial of all the cases registered against the petitioner has not been concluded yet.

5. Considering the serious allegations of demand of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18842 of 2024(2) dt.13-03-2024 2/2 Rangdari (Ransom) and also considering the long list of criminal antecedents, this Court is not inclined to review the earlier order.
