Petitioner is in custody in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 385 of 2017 for the offence under section 25(1-b) (a)/26 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 3.12.2017 and as such he has completed more than six months imprisonment. Learned counsel submits that nothing was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and seizure was not prepared in accordance with the mandatory provision of Section 100 Cr.P.C. Considering the fact that petitioner has remained in custody for more than six months, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33094 of 2018(2) dt.07-06-2018 2/2 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Jamui, in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 385 of 2017.
