Perusal of order sheet shows vide order dated 17.04.2023, learned Co-ordinate Bench granted four weeks time to the learned counsel for the petitioners to convert this Civil Revision application into Civil Miscellaneous application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. However, office note dated 21.07.2023 shows no steps have been taken by the learned

Patna High Court C.R. No.43 of 2023(5) dt.24-07-2023 2/2 counsel for the petitioners to convert this Civil Revision application into Civil Miscellaneous application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India despite order of this Court.

3. As reported, the instant Civil Revision application is not maintainable and at the specific request of the petitioner, learned Co-ordinate Bench granted permission to the learned counsel for the petitioners to convert this Civil Revision application into Civil Miscellaneous application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India and further granted time of four weeks for the said purpose but same has not been done.
