All the petitioners, namely, Ram Dular Chaurasia, Shambhu Kumar Chaurasia, Kamlesh Kumar Singh @ Kamleshwar Kumar Singh and Sheo Ram Chaurasia apprehend their arrest in Ujiarpur P.S. Case No.60 of 2014 under Sections 147, 143, 341, 332, 353, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 135A of the Representation of People Act. According to the allegation about 25-30 people armed with weapon came at the Booth and attempted to loot the Booth at the time of Assembly Election and they also looted the revolver of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31482 of 2014 (2) dt.21-01-2015 the informant. However, subsequently he recovered the revolver and also the bullets. The informant alleged that with the help of voter identity card he identified the petitioners and others. From perusal of the order passed by the Sessions Judge, it appears that the Sessions Judge found that this fact is not supported by the Presiding Officer of the Booth. Considering the above facts of the case, I direct the petitioners named above to surrender before the court below within one month from today and on their so surrendering the petitioners shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Dalsingsarai (Samastipur) in connection with Ujiarpur P.S. Case No.60 of 2014.
